Quality / Test lead

As a Test lead, your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and overseeing the testing process. Additionally, you will be involved in our customers' projects. You should possess strong motivation, communication skills, technical proficiency, and familiarity with recognized testing tools. Although prior experience in similar positions is desirable, your personal qualities and drive are the most important factors. Experience from similar roles is of course good, but who you are as a person and your drive are absolutely most important.

You will be working in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and other roles to achieve higher quality and safer processes. We value good communication and cooperation skills, as well as fluency in both Swedish and English.

Do you have a passion for automation, and experience in leading testing efforts in an agile environment? We are looking for a test lead with 5+ years of experience, who has worked as a tester and test lead in various projects and domains. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HP suite, Jenkins, Azure, and others is preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience with various testing levels, including unit, integration, function, system, and acceptance testing. Strong communication, self-motivation, and a proactive approach are considered essential skills for this role.
