House of Test is in an expansive phase and we are looking for people who are as passionate about testing as we are to join us.

We think that in order to fit in with us, you need to be energetic and ambitious, willing to share and learn, truly be interested in context-driven testing free from best practices and passionate about constantly improving your skills and knowledge about test. We expect that you are involved the testing community on a local or global level and that you take an interest in current ideas and advances in software testing.

You need to have experience as a tester, but we don't measure experience in college degrees, meaningless certifications or number of years in the testing business. Instead we would like House of Test to represent passionate, knowledgeable and skilled consultants who care about the craft and who never leave a customer without having made a lasting impact.

We value people and their professional freedom as well as their freedom to grow in a direction that suits their interests. At House of Test, you will be given the opportunity to evolve into the tester you want to be.

Positions

We are steadily increasing our family of consultants, but we are keen to maintain our high standards. We do not advertise regular positions, but here are some ideas about how you can get a key to our house:

1. We recognize you as a contributor to the test community. We see you as serious and committed to your craft and respect you both professionally and personally. In this case, we are likely to approach you and invite you to join us and help us grow as a team and individuals.
2. If you have not appeared on our radar, in spite of your contributions to the test community, please let us know. We have a broad network of connections throughout the community and chances are that you know one of us, or at least know someone that knows us. Get introduced through your connections, or approach us at any of the conferences that we attend.
