The test consultants in the Incubator will go through a 2 year program with training, practice, coaching and real assignments with the aim to make them top tier testers.

DWET stands for "Dansk Workshop om Exploratory Testing", i.e. a Danish workshop about ET. DWET is a peer conference for testers with experience or interest in exploratory testing. DWET aims at exchange and discuss experiences within ET, not to discuss whether ET is better than other approaches.
