Henrik Andersson

Since 1998, Henrik has been working within software testing and major part of this time in managing roles such as test lead, test manager or process responsible. Henrik has been working with telecom, medical devices, life and insurance, SAP and supply chain system.

Henrik is firm believer and student of the school of Context-Driven Testing. His way of testing is influenced, developed and inspired from and by James Bach, Michael Bolton, Cem Kaner, Scott Barber, Jerry Weinberg, and others. Henrik is helping large international companies increasing their efficiency and reconstructing their testing to deliver better, faster, cheaper and with improved quality.

Johan Jonasson

Johan is a senior test specialist with a strong inclination towards test management, test process improvement, Exploratory Testing and Session-Based Test Management. Over the past few years, he has worked with clients in many different and diverse industries such as transportation, defense, telecom and wholesale.

Johan believes that testers continuously need to practice their skills to improve the quality of their work. Therefore he spends a lot of his time interacting with the Context-Driven Testing community, in Sweden and abroad, engaging in peer conferences and round table discussions whenever an opportunity presents itself. Since one of the best ways to learn is to teach, Johan also co-instructs the Black Box Software Testing courses through the Association for Software Testing at regular intervals.

Georg Lysen

Georg has more than 10 years of experience from the software industry from small startups to large international companies. Georgs background is as a software developer which has since been extended with years of experience in defect, configuration and project management.

Since early 2007, Georg is living in China and before House of Test he has been working with, and helped starting up, an outsourcing operation. Being Danish and with an extensive working experience from Scandinavia, China, Japan and Korea, Georg has a good understanding in the culture and processes of working with both China and the Öresund region.

Robert Bergqvist

Robert has been working within the software industry since 2000, mainly with different test roles but also a couple of years as developer. Testing roles spans over a wide range of responsibilities, such as test leader, team leader, coach and educator, technical test leader, test designer and tester. Robert is an authority with expert knowledge in the area of test design techniques and how test design is done in a structured way, using tools like CTE Classification Tree Editor. He has been teaching and coaching testers about test design in several organizations.

Robert is a believer and member of the school of Context-Driven Testing, emphasizing the human aspects of the work. He has on several occasions held presentations about Exploratory Testing and Session-Based Test Management.

Peter Vikström

Peter Vikström (CCO) is an experienced general and change manager. He has a severe experience in guiding and expanding SMB:s. He is Swedish living in Denmark. He has been working with the use of IT and IT related processes since 1998. To name a few: Cultgrid an online performing arts business network, Prodocs (Locum Medici) a locum doctors company i Sweden, the use of it and it processes in the creative industries (Sweden), SHOLO design fashion and apparels. Peter also holds an MBA from CBS and INSEAD.

Martin Jansson

Martin has been working within the software industry since 1996 and major part of this time in managing roles such as manager of testing, test lead, team leader and process responsible. Martin has also a strong background in business intelligence and analytics as well as telecom. He has great experience in exploratory testing, session-based testing, test management, test organization, test strategies, agile testing and traditional scripted testing.

Martin is working a lot pro bono in order to help the test community. He is co-founder and writer on Swedens most popular testing blog, www.thetesteye.com. He is also coaching students from educational program the KYH – Programvarutestare. He is involved in the open source project – Session Tester, bringing a tool for testers using session-based testing.

Martin Nilsson

Martin has been working with the whole test field ranging from specification review, test automation, exploratory testing to setting up processes for efficient testing on different levels. As a test designer Martin is highly skilled in test case design, developing test programs, automated test systems and test processes. The areas Martin has focused on are Test Design Techniques, Exploratory Testing and Session Based Test Management (SBTM). His main area of work has been digital rights management, security and wireless LAN; all areas were tolerance for fault slip trough is extremely low. Lately, Martin has focused a lot on stress and performance testing.

Martin is always keen to experience and learn from meeting new people and cultures and has been working onsite in India, Italy, Norway and USA.

Carsten Feilberg

Carsten has been building software since 1994, and has since the turn of the millennium been working mainly within testing and test management as well as coaching and training testers and test managers. He has covered multiple business forms varying from pensions to retail to governmental administration and services.

He has spend lots of time in and outside work studying test, taking this passion to a new level in 2007 when he started talking publicly about testing and test management at conferences around the world, and in 2008 becoming a Life Member of AST (Association for Software Testing). He was hand picked by James Bach to present at CAST 2011 in Seattle about Session-based Test Management. Carsten is a well-known and respected member of the community of Context-Driven Testing.

Steve Öberg

Steve is a senior tester with a passion for quality and people. He has worked in the software industry for more than 10 years where he has taken on various roles and tasks to help decision makers and end-users. Steve has worked with agile teams and product development for over five years and is well acquainted with scrum. He has been a key part of successful agile teams, as a tester but also as a test lead. He categorizes himself as an exploratory tester, which can be described as simultaneous learning, test design and test execution, a way of testing that suits his flexibility and agile organizations. He uses session based test management (SBTM) as a technique to manage exploratory testing and reporting thereof.
